Wide voltage operating range
No pollution to the grid
Safe, stable and reliable
ATA QBMV medium voltage frequency converter is an IGBT type medium voltage frequency converter that integrates cutting-edge power electronics technology from around the world. It uses SPWM (Sinusoidal PWM) control technology to achieve variable frequency speed control of medium voltage motors. The aim is to enhance the performance of variable speed operation of medium voltage motors, improve the control level of medium voltage equipment, as well as the power factor and operating efficiency of the equipment, meet process control requirements, reduce motor energy consumption, and achieve energy saving and environmental protection.

Application areas
◆ Bypass function for power units (user selectable)
When one of the cascaded power units fails, causing that power unit to stop output; resulting in the system stopping output; the internal bypass circuit of the power unit is activated to bypass the output of that power unit. At the same time, the main controller inside the inverter will bypass the other two corresponding power units to ensure the three-phase voltage output of the inverter is balanced.
◆ Jogging function
When the inverter receives a jogging signal, it enters the jogging working state, and the motor accelerates to the jogging frequency at a set acceleration until the jogging signal disappears.
◆ Frequency skipping operation
To avoid the inverter operating at the resonance points of mechanical equipment, which could damage the motor and other devices, users can set frequency skipping to avoid certain frequency ranges.
◆ Multi-segment speed operation
The inverter can operate along a set multi-segment speed curve, allowing for a maximum of 16 speed segments, with the acceleration and deceleration slopes between adjacent segments adjustable as needed.
◆ Simple programmable function
The output of the inverter can change operating frequency bands based on received commands. The acceleration and deceleration rates during frequency band switching can be set.
◆ Closed-loop control function
The inverter reserves a PID controller. PID parameters can be set. The output of this PID can be used as the frequency setpoint for the inverter.
◆ S-curve acceleration and deceleration
According to production process requirements, the acceleration and deceleration curve output by the inverter can change based on the user-defined S-curve.
◆ Torque boost function
During motor acceleration, deceleration, and steady-state operation, this function can be set according to operational needs to boost the motor's output torque without exceeding the inverter's output current, enhancing the system's dynamic performance.
◆ Parameter correction function
Designed to improve production efficiency and facilitate on-site debugging. When the inverter detects that the system input voltage, input current, system output current, and output voltage parameters do not meet specified accuracy requirements, the values detected by the testing instrument can be input through the machine's HMI interface or through backend debugging software, allowing the inverter to automatically correct the detection process to meet accuracy specifications.
