Petrochemical Flue Gas Turbine Energy Recovery Project – High-Voltage Soft Starter

This project involves the main fan system of the energy recovery unit for flue gas turbines at Yueyang Changling Petrochemical. Featuring high-power motors, it imposes stringent requirements on starting current and the performance of solid-state soft starters. The system employs advanced control algorithms to precisely regulate motor rated voltage and current. By incrementally increasing voltage and current, the motor accelerates gradually, thereby reducing starting current and time. This alleviates the burden on both the motor and the grid, achieving smooth motor start-up. The high-voltage soft starter offers advantages including low starting current, short starting time, compact size, low power consumption, high reliability, high sensitivity, maintenance-free operation, and straightforward installation.
